The 9 Dragons 50km is the classic ridgeline race — long enough to break you, short enough to chase a time. Starting at 07:30 from Tai Po Tau Playground, you take on 53.4 kilometres and 3,550 metres of climbing before finishing at Shing Fung Studios, the same line the 9th Dragon crosses.

Six aid stations carry you across the route with a hard 21:30 cut-off. It is also the second day of the 50/50, run on legs that have already covered fifty miles.
