RULES

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS and CANCELLATIONS

REFUNDS

All registrations made before 30 November 2025 are eligible to purchase Refund Insurance for HK$200. This offers a no-questions-asked refund of the registration fee (excluding insurance) if requested on or before 31 December 2025. Refunds will be processed and paid within one month of the request.

TRANSFERS

Participants who choose not to purchase the optional refund insurance still have the flexibility to transfer their registration to another individual. A name change can be made for a fee of HK$200, and this option is available any time up until 15 January 2026. This provides a convenient alternative for those unable to participate, allowing someone else to take their place without forfeiting the registration. Please note that all name change requests must be submitted through the official registration system and are subject to confirmation by the race organizers.
